At the beginning of this year Adam at Roof Beam Reader hosted a Bible as Literature event that I wanted to participate in so badly. But knowing my overloaded schedule as late and knowing I probably wouldn’t be able to keep up the pace, I unhappily decided to pass. Yet how excited I was to see O’s recently announced the Bible As Literature read-along which will take just over two years. It may seem long, but the pace is perfect for me and having other readers to push me along will be just what I need. I can’t wait to start!

I'm really glad you're joining – it'll be nice t have someone read along with 🙂 I wanted to do Adam's Bible Challenge too but like you I didn't think I could keep the pace up. Hopefully this will be more manageable. The only problems I foresee is if I've made some mistakes in this breakdown. I guess I'll have to correct as I go if that's the case, but I was careful so hopefully it'll be ok!
I should make a little button for this challenge… I'll get on the case 🙂
And yay, we're having another read-along! 🙂
Yay! I'm so excited about this. I remember when I first started blogging there were so many read-alongs and then they just petered away. I've been wanting to do one for so long. I assume you'll do posts on each section ???
A button would be marvellous!
Thanks for hosting!
Yes, I'm planning to do posts on each section. You don't have to though 🙂
And yes, there don't seem to be as many read-alongs as there used to be… It's a shame, they're fun!
I'll see to that button… 🙂
